The directors of Freelands have a combined experience of over 30 years in the UK property market, specialising in residential investment and development. Because of this experience and their extensive range of industry contacts, the business is well placed to purchase below market value (BMV) property, including repossessed, unmodernised or under-utilised sites.

Freelands concentrates on what it knows best; unlocking value from residential projects. Primarily these will include the refurbishment of well located houses and flats, usually in South East London and North Kent areas, but never allowing location alone to dictate what makes a great deal. The company will always consider projects elsewhere and also take on larger schemes, if the deal is right and the profit potential achievable.
